What Happened

Houston Police are investigating a hit-and-run that left a bicyclist dead at Foy Ln in Houston, TX on March 2nd, 2023. Police say the incident happened early morning as an unnamed man was headed northbound on Foy. Investigators believe a Lincoln Continental struck the bicyclist, whose bicycle became trapped under the vehicle as it fled the scene. Police say a witness followed the suspect to a nearby residence and officers later detained the individual. They say they do not believe the suspect was impaired.
