What Happened

Justin Police are investigating a crash that killed one person at FM 407 in Justin, TX on December 7th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 6 p.m. Investigators say an Amtrak train with 54 passengers was involved in a collision with a passenger vehicle under unclear circumstances. Reports say the driver of the passenger vehicle, who was the only occupant of the vehicle, suffered fatal injuries. Reports also say there were no reported injuries with any of the train occupants.
