What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed a driver at FM 168 in Lamb, TX on April 17th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 6:56 a.m. According to investigators, a 33-year-old Pedro Florentino Vazquez was headed northbound on FM 168 when it veered from the road for unknown reasons. It then traveled through a barrow ditch before hitting an embankment and utility pole. Vazquez was ejected from the vehicle and suffered fatal injuries at the scene.
