What Happened

Area authorities are investigating an accident that injured a driver on near Hwy 31 in Longview, TX on December 31st, 2018. Police say the accident occurred as 34-year-old Cody Lee Hall attempted to flee from police. A driver a stop light near a Hwy 31 off-ramp was rear-ended by Hall in the chase. Both Hall and the driver of the other vehicle were injured in the crash. Hall was arrested for intoxicated assault with a vehicle and evading arrest.
