Kerrville Police officials released the name of the man charged in connection with a hit-and-run accident near Junction Hwy in Kerrville, TX on December 15th, 2018. 50-year-old Jeffrey Dean Colley was charged with accident involving serious bodily injury. Police say Colley was involved in accident he fled the scene from that seriously injured another driver. The name of the injured driver was not released.
