Decatur Police released the name of the man killed in an accident on US 380 in Decatur, TX on February 4th, 2019. 64-year-old Primitivo "Primo" Sierra was seriously injured when the vehicle he was in reportedly pulled out in front of a pickup truck on US 380. He was transferred to an area hospital where he later died from his injuries. His wife, 63-year-old Margarita Sierra was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
