What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed a person at Community Rd and FM 1488 in Magnolia, TX on March 2nd, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 6:28 p.m. According to investigators, a Honda Pilot was involved in a collision with two other vehicles, including an Infiniti Q60. Officials say it is suspected that the driver of the Honda Pilot was under the influence of alcohol and that individual was taken into custody. The driver of the Infiniti was hospitalized in stable condition. The driver of a pickup truck involved, identified as 26-year-old Rafael Martinez Valladares,  suffered fatal injuries.
