Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at Royal Ln in Irving, TX on October 29th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 2:27 a.m. According to investigators, a Ford Mustang operated by 28-year-old Robert Cisneros was traveling eastbound in a center lane of Royal Ln on wet road conditions with the vehicle lost control and went into a spin. It veered from broad across a center median and into a tree. The collision left Cisneros with serious injuries. Officers say a tire on the vehicle lacking proper tread depth and speed may have been factors in the crash.
