What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that killed two and injured three at Toledo Bend Reservoir in Sabine County, TX on January 26th, 2019. 29-year-old Robert Skyler Procell and 27-year-old Chelsea Chaney Procell were both killed in the accident. Police say the accident occurred when their vehicle that was reportedly travelling at a high rate of speed collided with another vehicle making a turn. The impact then sent their vehicle head-on into pick-up truck driven by 40-year-old Tellis Jones. Jones and two child passengers in the vehicle were hospitalized with undisclosed injuries.
