Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at US 59 in Houston, TX on August 31st, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 2:15 a.m. According to investigators, a Dodge Charger operated by a 42-year-old Houston man was headed outbound in the inbound lanes of US 59 before colliding with an inbound Kia Forte operated by 40-year-old Roshannan Flowers. Flowers suffered serious injuries in the crash. The Houston man was uninjured and charged with DWI.
