Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that killed one persona t Hwy 45 in Centerville, TX on August 9th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 12:10 a.m. According to investigators, an 18-wheeler occupied by 34-year-old Matthew Lawson was southbound before leaving the roadway for unknown reasons. The vehicle is said to have lost control while attempting to correct back onto the road, leaving Lawson with fatal injuries at the scene. 57-year-old Ruben Anzaldua, was hospitalized with suspected serious injuries.
