What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured at least one person at 2nd St in Seminole, TX on February 23rd, 2023. Police are saying it happened around 11:12 p.m. According to investigators, a Ford F-150 operated by 38-year-old Ivan Rodriguez was going northbound on 2nd Street when it allegedly failed to yield right of way at a stop sign. It them collided with a Ford F-250 operated by 21-year-old Ryan Stimmel. Stimmel was evaluated to possible injuries while two passengers are believed to have been uninjured. Rodriguez had serious injuries and officers say due to suspicion of intoxication, placed Rodriguez under arrest. Additional information was not available.
