What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a man at I-35 in Schertz, TX on February 21st, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 12:59 p.m. According to investigators, a commercial truck operated by a 60-year-old San Antonio man was headed southwest when it allegedly failed to come to a stop and collided with a Subaru Forester. The impact pushed the Subaru into the Chevrolet ahead of it, leaving the 65-year-old driver of the Subaru with serious injured. The driver of the Chevrolet was evaluated for possible injuries while the truck driver was uninjured. Additional information was not available.
