Police say the incident happened around 11:23 p.m. According to investigators, a Honda Civic operated by Alex Aguilar is accused of failing to control its speed and colliding with a motorcycle operated by 54-year-old Schelton McWalters. McWalters suffered serious injuries in the crash, according to authorities. Aguilar had less serious injuries and a charge of Intoxication Assault was recommended and/or issued.
