What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured multiple people at State Hwy 99 in Harris County, TX on March 5th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 2:57 a.m. According to investigators, a Kia Soul operated by 55-year-old Terrence Elder was allegedly traveling westbound in an eastbound lane before colliding with a Chevrolet Silverado operated by a 26-year-old Spring man. The Kia continued westbound before colliding with a Nissan Sentra operated by 24-year-old Sierra Stark. Stark and a passenger suffered serious injuries. Elder also had serious injuries and officers say charges are pending.
