What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that killed a driver at State Hwy 105 in Washington County, TX on October 29th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 9:17 a.m. According to investigators, a Hyundai Elantra headed northbound on FM 2193 is alleged to have been attempting to turn westbound at the State Hwy 105 intersection. While turning, officials say the vehicle was struck by a Ford F-150 headed eastbound on Hwy 105. Reports indicate the Ford operator was uninjured while Vance was hospitalized with injuries he later died from. Additional information was not available.
