What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a person at Carl Rd in Irving, TX on September 28th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 11:49 a.m. According to investigators, a Lexus NX operated by a 38-year-old woman was headed westbound on Airport Fwy when it allegedly ran a red light and collided with both a Nissan Rogue and street sign. The driver of the Nissan, identified as 64-year-old Suzanne Ellen Ebert, suffered serious injuries in the crash. The other driver was evaluated for possible injuries. Officers recommended charges for running a red light and DWLI.  Additional information was not immediately available.
