Authorities are investigating a crash that injured a driver at University Dr in McKinney, TX on February 18th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 10:07 a.m. According to investigators, a Dodge Challenger was eastbound on University Dr is alleged to have disregarded a red light at the Towne Crossing intersection. As a result, reports say the Dodge collided with a Kia Sportage, which allegedly had a green light. The driver of the Kia, identified as 60-year-old Tanya Brayton, was seriously injured, reports say. The occupants of the Dodge were allegedly uninjured. Additional information was not immediately available.
