What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a teen at Hwy 83 and Piedra China in Laredo, TX on March 4th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 11:40 p.m. According to investigators, a Volkswagen Atlas SUV headed southbound in northbound lanes before colliding head-on with as many as four vehicles. The driver of the Volkswagen, a 16-year-old male, was hospitalized with serious injuries. A 37-year-old male involved was hospitalized with serious injuries.
