What Happened

A single-vehicle crash led to the death of a teen at Old Pearsall Rd in San Antonio, TX on November 13th, 2022. Police are saying it happened around 5:22 a.m. A Dodge Journey that officers say was operated by a 16-year-old male was headed northeast on Old Pearsall Rd at the time. The vehicle is alleged to have failed to stop at the intersection with Southwest Military Dr and traveled forward before colliding with a traffic signal pole. The collision caused the teen to be ejected from the vehicle, leaving the teen with fatal injuries. Authorities did not disclose additional information.
