What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured two people at State Hwy 3 in Webster, TX on September 8th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 12:08 a.m. According to investigators, a BMW M3 operated by 31-year-old Joshua Velasquez was was involved in a head-on collision with a vehicle operated by 23-year-old Anthony Logan. Officers say there was conflicting information regarding the cause of the accident, which caused minor injuries to Logan and serious injuries to a passenger, 39-year-old Tonya Gray. Velasquez was not injured and officers recommended and/or issued a Driving While Intoxicated charge.
