Midland Police identified the person killed in a collision at Mockingbird Ln in Midland, TX on March 8th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 9:50 p.m. According to investigators, 34-year-old Traci Lynn Klein was going eastbound on Mockingbird, crossing at Big Spring Street. A Ford F-350 operated by 21-year-old Nicholas Yager was turned left onto Big Spring Street, allegedly failing to yield in the process, and colliding with Klein.
