What Happened

Two children were injured in a single-vehicle crash investigators say involved an intoxicated driver. The crash happened aat Veterans Memorial Dr in Harris County, TX on January 1st, 2023. Officers allege that around 2:50 a.m, a Subaru Forester operated by 25-year-old Joshua Rojas was headed northbound before veering from the road. The vehicle hit a ditch and overturned, ejecting two children from the. The children, two girls ages 11 and 12, were believed to have been seriously injured. A third passenger, a 39-year-old woman, was not injured. Rojas has been charged with Intoxication Assault in connection with the crash.
