What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash at FM 2432 in Montgomery County, TX on July 18th, 2023. Officials say the incident happened around 11:23 p.m. According to investigators, a Honda Civic operated by 23-year-old Alex Aguilar is alleged to have failed to control its speed before colliding with the rear of a motorcycle ahead of the vehicle. The motorcyclist, a 54-year-old Willis man, suffered suspected serious injuries and was hospitalized for treatment. Aguilar had less serious injuries, according to investigators. Authorities recommended and/or issued an Intoxication Assault charge. Additional information was not available.
