What Happened

Haltom City Police released details related to the accident that injured two people on I-80 at  Springlake Pkwy in Haltom City, TX on January 16th, 2019. Police  say a suspected intoxicated driver was behind the wheel of a vehicle that collided with a another vehicle before bursting into flames. The DUI suspect, 30-year-old Charles Edmund Keisling, suffered a broken nose. The female driver of the other vehicle was treated for a possible concussion. Keisling was later charged with intoxicated assault with a vehicle and evading arrest with a vehicle.
