What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured two people at State Hwy 95 in Fayette County, TX on September 11th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 2:39 a.m. According to investigators, a Ford F-250 operated by a 21-year-old Kelso, WA man was traveling westbound in eastbound lanes prior to losing control and overturning onto the I-10 ramp. As the vehicle rolled, it rolled onto a police patrol unit, causing serious injuries to both drivers. Police allege suspicion the Kelso man was under the influence at the time of the crash.
