What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that killed two people at US 180 in Snyder, TX on August 27th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 6:15 a.m. According to investigators, an eastbound vehicle operated by 17-year-old Zavier Jakob Dominguez is said to have crossed a center line before colliding head-on with a westbound SUV. Both vehicles caught fire, causing fatal injuries to Dominguez and 14-year-old Armando Carrillo. The driver of the other vehicle was hospitalized with serious injuries.
