Police say the incident happened around 11:33 p.m. According to investigators, legally parked Toyota Tacoma was struck by a Ford that turned into Cavalier Ave. Standing next to the Toyota was 58-year-old Virginia Menchaca, who police say was also struck and pinned between the vehicles in the collision.
