What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that killed a driver on Hwy 2 and Hwy 6 in Grimes County, TX on December 21st, 2019. Officials say the incident happened around 10:15 p.m. A vehicle driven by 24-year-old Warren Samuel reportedly ran a stop sign and collided with a vehicle driven by 24-year-old Omar Kashu. Samuel died at the scene and Kashu was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
