Officers are investigating a crash that injured a driver at US 281 in Lampasas County, TX on December 6th, 2022. Police believe the crash happened around 7:29 a.m. According to investigators, a Jeep Wrangler operated by 73-year-old Wayne Luetkenhoelter was traveling eastbound on a private drive. A tractor-trailer operated by an unnamed 27-year-old Hamilton man was headed southbound on US 281. Officials say the Jeep traveling into the path of the truck before both collided.
