Fort Worth Police are investigating an incident involving an exploding vape pen that killed a man in Fort Worth, TX on February 4th, 2019. 24-year-old William Brown was seriously injured when a vape pen he was smoking exploded in his face. He was taken to an area hospital where he died from his injuries two days later.
