Abilene Police released the name of the man killed in a multi-vehicle accident on I-20 in Abilene, TX on January 11th, 2019. 28-year-old William Randall Webb was killed when his vehicle crossed a median and struck an 18-wheeler. The vehicle was also struck by a van. Webb was pronounced dead at the scene. The conditions of the other drivers involved was not immediately released.
