Police say the incident happened around 9:33 p.m. According to investigators, a Jeep Wrangler operated by 38-year-old Esteban Perez Almaraz was headed southbound before colliding with a commercial vehicle under unconfirmed circumstances. Police say a 61-year-old passenger had suspected serious injuries while a 13-year-old passenger had less serious injuries. Almaraz was not injured, according to investigators.
