What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a woman at Loop 1604 near Stone Oak Pkwy in San Antonio, TX on April 20th, 2021. Officials say the incident happened around 5 a.m. A passenger vehicle veered from the road at an elevated part of road and fell down to the street below. The car then continued forward and went onto an embankment before sliding back down. The woman driving was hospitalized with undisclosed injuries.
