What Happened

Authorities have information on a crash that injured a woman at White Settlement Rd and Remuda Dr in Parker County, TX on February 2nd, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 5:30 p.m. According to investigators, a tractor-trailer was westbound on White Settlement Rd before losing control and going into a skid. The vehicle is alleged to have crossed into an oncoming lane of travel, sideswiping an eastbound Chrysler Town & Country in the process before spinning off the road into a dance. The Chrysler was also pushed from the road in the impact, coming to rest facing east. Reports indicate the driver of the Chrysler was seriously injured while an 18-year-old passenger had possible injuries. The truck operator, who was not publicly identified, was allegedly uninjured.
