What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed a woman on Buress Rd in Houston, TX on January 1st, 2019. Police say a 44-year-old woman was killed when her vehicle reportedly failed to yield to a vehicle driven by 26-year-old Carlos Salazar-Roque. Both the woman and Salazar-Roque were taken to a hospital where the woman later died. Salazar-Roque was charged with driving while intoxicated.
