Arlington Police are investigating a crash that killed an 18-year-old woman on Cooper St in Arlington, TX on February 3rd, 2019. Police say the woman was walking down the sidewalk around 11:30 a.m. when she was struck by an oncoming vehicle. The vehicle had left the roadway and drove onto the sidewalk.
