Area authorities released the name of the driver killed in a crash with a USP truck on US 460 in Montgomery County, VA on January 17th, 2019. 29-year-old James Patrick Edwards was killed when his vehicle became pinned underneath a UPS truck that had collided with his vehicle. The driver of UPS truck was not injured.
