Washington State Patrol officials released the names of the people involved in a fatal accident on Hwy 395 in Pasco, WA on January 23rd, 2019. 35-year-old Ernest E Brewer was killed when his vehicle collided with the rear of a semi-truck that was slowing for another vehicle.
