Washington State Patrol authorities released the name of the woman killed in an accident involving a semi-truck in Pacific County, WA on January 18th, 2019. 64-year-old Vicky Johnson was killed when she struck a semi-truck that was being towed by another semi-truck that had crossed into her lane. The driver of the semi-truck, 62-year-old Keith Leitz, was not injured.
