What Happened

Wyoming Highway Patrol officials released the name of the man killed in a head-on collision on Hwy 59 on January 23rd, 2019 in Gillette, WY. 48-year-old Joseph Lee Bailly was killed when his vehicle was struck head-on by a vehicle that crossed a center line. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver that hit his vehicle, Frank Butler, was not injured in the crash.
