State Police are investigating a crash that killed a driver on the Cochran Causeway in Mobile, AL on August 2nd, 2021. Police say it happened around 10:26 a.m. A vehicle operated by 39-year-old Kasuan Bullard was performing a u-turn when it collided with a dump truck under unclear circumstances.
