State Police have identified the person killed in a collision on I-65 in Jefferson County, AL on August 8th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 5:30 a.m. A vehicle occupied by 43-year-old Ramon Antonio Sebastian reportedly suffered tire blowout, causing it to become disabled. Sebastian, who was a passenger in the vehicle, exited to check on the vehicle's damage when he was struck by another vehicle. He suffered fatal injuries at the scene.
