Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed at least one person involved at California Ave and Riverside Dr in Parker, AZ on September 3rd, 2023. Police say the incident occurred as three vehicles were stopped for a red light at the intersection. Authorities allege a semi-truck operated by Karan Singh collided with the vehicles before allegedly fleeing the scene. One of the vehicle involved is said to have caught fire. Amy Lloyd Bagnall suffered fatal injuries in the crash while husband Doug Bagnall was hospitalized with suspected serious injuries. Two others were also hospitalized with serious injuries, according to sources. Once located, it was alleged by authorities that Singh may have been impaired at the time of the crash. Sources indicate Singh was arrested on a second-degree murder charge and eight counts of aggravated assault. Additional information was not available.
