Phoenix Police are investigating a crash that killed two people at Grand Ave in Phoenix, AZ on December 10th, 2024. Officials say the incident happened around 7 a.m. According to investigators, a vehicle is said to have been allegedly traveling too fast before colliding with the rear of a semi-truck.
