Authorities are investigating an incident that killed one person at Taiwan Semiconductor in Phoenix, AZ on May 15th, 2024.  Police say it happened around 2:30 p.m. and involved an explosion that occurred at a Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company construction site.
