Arizona Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that killed a driver at  I-17 in Phoenix, AZ on July 15th, 2022. Police say the 6:15 a.m. crash happened when a semi-truck lost control and crashed for unknown reasons. The truck is said to have struck an overpass bridge pillar before becoming jack knifed. The driver, unidentified, suffered fatal injuries in the crash. Additional information was not available.
