Phoenix Police are investigating a pedestrian collision that killed a man at 16th St and Southern Ave in Phoenix, AZ on November 6th, 2021. They say it happened around 3:15 p.m. A truck pulling a trailer is said to have crashed into a bus stop where 64-year-old Javier Saavedra was waiting. Saavedra died at the scene.
