Officials with the Department of Public Safety have information on a crash that killed one person involved at 16th St in Phoenix, AZ on November 13th, 2023. Officials say the incident happened just past 8 p.m. According to investigators, a tow truck allegedly sideswiped another vehicle, causing the vehicle to lose control.
