State Police have identified the person killed in a crash at I-30 in Little Rock, AR on January 21st, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 2:33 p.m. A tractor-trailer operated by 70-year-old Arturo Ortiz Palacio reportedly lost control and crossed a median wall before crashing head-on into a transit van operated by 58-year-old Mark Wayne Vanatta.
